Hey All:

For Vocation Awareness Week I am writing to several diocesan vocation directors; I wanted to include some conservative/very conservative orders (active or cloistered) in my mailing.

Please assist me by replying with an order that is conservative and a link (if available) for that specific order.

Thanks,

C,

What you are doing is a great idea. I'll offer up a few suggestions.

Franciscan Missionaries of the Eternal Word
Fathers of Mercy

This is just a small sampling of my favorites. I'm happy to say that there are many others!

Michael

Try the Fathers of Don Orione (officialy known as the "Sons of Divine Providence"). Though they are based in Italy, they have "delegations" throughout the world. The delegation for the United States is here in Boston, where they run a shrine and a nursing home:

Address:

Regional Delegation
111 Orient Avenue
East Boston, MA 02128

Email:

St. Luigi Orione was zealously devoted to the Bishops of Rome and, in my experience, it has rubbed off on his Priests.

Here are a few. I am not sure what you are doing, could you elaborate.
