What's A Bible?

my bible doesn't have 66 books. i own the un-edited version.

Hey math is not my strong point!

So I can't count!!!!!!

The Original BIBLE had 73 books. Catholics still use this one.

Protestants, on the recommendation of Luther in the 1500's, took 7 books out. So they have the "edited" version with only 66 books.

Hope that clears it up.

the Catholic Bible has 7 more books than the protestant bible

now class, does everyone remember what the Biblical number 7 means?

it means complete, fulfilled, whole

find a Bible wit good footnotes and check the Apocalypse (Revelation) if you think im makin it up

I also thought Protestant Bibles didn't have couple sections of Daniel and a few other books. Not that I can remember what the other books are now, for the life of me. So it might just be Daniel.
