How about this one:
St. Jerome was commenting on this book of the bible when he said, "Ignorance of Scripture is ignorance of Christ."

We used to do Jeopardy for confirmation classes! That was tons of fun!! Our final jeopardy question was "Who was the first American born Saint?"
