All I'm saying is the majority of Catholics in America (and the world, for that matter) are Catholic in name and disagree with many of her teachings. You'd be suprised how many people call themselves Catholic and yet believe Abortion, birth control, homosexual marriages.... are okay. Although, I'd chalk most of this up to ignorance of Church teaching (or it's severity), but even with that being said, there are plenty of "Catholics" who just don't care what the Church teaches or are more concerned with being "PC".
