I'm not sure they can always tell at 14 weeks anyway, but you have nothing to fear from me - I can never tell from looking at ultrasounds. I do love that you got the baby sucking his/her thumb.

I think I can tell... but for the record, I have been wrong 100% of the time that I have EVER guessed gender. Always. Not one right. Ever.

So Maybe I just know what it is not.
