as long as they stay in a loveing, repentent, faithfull relationship with Christ and follow him to the best of their ability.

"However, one cannot charge with the sin of the separation those who at present are born into these communities [that resulted from such separation] and in them are brought up in the faith of Christ, and the Catholic Church accepts them with respect and affection as brothers. . . . All who have been justified by faith in Baptism are incorporated into Christ; they therefore have a right to be called Christians, and with good reason are accepted as brothers in the Lord by the children of the Catholic Church." -CCC, paragraph 818

Yet, those outside the Catholic Church are at very least not as close to the light as we in the Church and because of this, and because those outside the Church do not have all the sacraments they lack or do not receive the graces from God which can keep us in Christ so that we will be saved.

CCC, paragraph 818 does not state that non-catholic Christians will achieve salvation, nor does it state that they do not have to become catholics. Christ gave the Church, that is The Catholic Church the command to bring others to the Catholic Church so that they maybe saved. The CCC says there maybe hope, but no promise.

I do not say that those outside the Church go to hell, God alone knows, I say, and so does Mother Church that it is much more dangerous and harder to achieve salvation outside the Church.

that is a good question.

I've heard it compared to gyms, with 'being fit' being equated to salvation.
Mother Church is like a big, fancy gym. There's lots of equipment to help you get in shape (sacraments) and there are personal trainers to make sure you're going in the right direction (the successors of St. Peter).
Who says that you can't get fit by going to a smaller place (non-Catholic, Christian sect) with only some dumbells and a stairmaster(Only some of the sacraments, ie. baptism)? No one is saying that, but we'd both agree that it would be more difficult.

If non demononational Christians recognize that some things they believe are not true, and still cling to their own faith, it's possible that they might not go to Heaven, at least right away. It's like committing a serious sin - if you don't know it's serious, it's not serious. But if you do know that, and continue to committ that serious sin, then you are at fault.

A Lutheran or some other kind of Christian living their lives to the best of his ability, without knowing his err, would likely end up in Heaven.

God Bless.

Also - every Christian denomination contains most or part of the Truth - but if you want the WHOLE truth, look to the Catholic Church. It was established by Jesus Christ. :D
