I email and IM and phorum post like a complete addict. Only thing I don't do is text. Probably my natural guy aversion to phones. Hate 'em. As soon as my cell contract runs out I'm actually going to downgrade, and get the most basic thing I can find. No camera, no text, no anything. Ideally I'll spend under $30 on the phone, and then buy a $10 calling card that'll last me four months. No joke, it would last at least that long.

get a cheap tracfone, that's what i use. you only pay when you want to. buy like 200 minutes for $60 or 60 for like $20. they have really cheap phones, too.

Is that an American company? Unfortunately I think the system is slightly different in Canada. I think they rip us off.

Tracfone is an American company, there's several similar companies in the US. I use Boost, myself--there should be a Canadian equivalent.

Hm. Well I've never heard of it, but I'll look into it when my contract finally expires. Gonna be a while though. :S They really locked me into it. Looking at it now it even seems sorta unethical. At least parts of it.
