Didacus
Staying up at night to comfort a sick child. Making supper for the family. Doing the laundry of everyone living in the house. Giving a bath to the youger kids. Teaching something/anything to anyone, especially young children. (wow! Motherhood is so full of selfless love, the list can go on and on!) Others worthy of note: Visiting strangers in prison. Forgiving someone who hurt you (turning the other cheek). Praying the Rosary for the intention of others, specially those in purgatory. Letting the wife handle the remote control.
prose
Doing the chores without being asked, and not expecting a thank you. Apologizing for a wrong without expecting an apology back. Cleaning up puke when someone is sick (even if they aren't a loved one). Offering to help a neighbor clean their house, or taking their kids for a few hours without expecting a return favor. Donating your blood. Letting your spouse take a nap even when you are too tired to barely move. Buying a gift for someone who works for the Church but rarely gets acknowledged, and not signing your name to the card. Paying for someone's gas that you don't know. Opening the door for a stranger. I could go on and on.....

I think that if it's done without a smile that's minus 2 points! I could be wrong so check the secret catholic point section in the secret part of the CCC!
