You should try agar sometime. It is a great substitute for eggs, and it comes from seaweed I think.

I agree, stouts are delicious. I recently had one from a brewery here in Michigan called "Breakfast Stout" a thick oatmeal stout made with dark chocolate and sumatra coffee, so delicious
