If the advert is accurate, it looks perfect, at a good price, and it would really help us with our financial situation right now since it has a lower rent than we currently pay. I'm not sure about the deposit, but everything else looks really good from the ad. Please pray that it really is this good, and that the deposit is reasonable. Thank you!
