How do we offer God the Body and Blood, soul and divinity of Jesus?

Simple answer: Jesus Christ offers Himself eternally on behalf of and as the head of the Church and this eternal offering is particularly through the Paschal Sacrifice, in which we participate at the Mass when we make that sacrifice present. Thus not only Christ offers Himself, but the Church offers Christ by participating in the Paschal Mystery (the Church also offers herself through this). While this especially takes place in the Mass, it can also take place through prayer, where individuals raise up Christ as the eternal offering to the Father. It is almost as if we say, "Lord, look once more with love at your Son who has offered Himself for us."
