I am now ONE PHAT-YEAR OLD!!!!!!

I never would have believed what a difference there is between lurking and being part of the community.

I'd lurked for years... but now I truly feel part of a vibrant Phamily that prays, celebrates, grieves and works together.

We've had crises, we've had fun... we've grown closer to God and each other this year. Praise Him!!!!

And as I said last year....

For my screen name I chose "Anne Line" (who was one of the martyrs of England during the 17th Century) as my screen name because of the way she did lived a life of quiet prayer and support for priests and hidden Catholics in a dangerous and spiritually challenging time; I only hope I could have her courage and faith.... and an iota of her wisdom... I am a married woman who is active in formation for a secular order community and a member of parish run by a mendicant order. I have a background in counseling and helping people discern into (and out of) careers, religious communities and seminaries. I love the way Phatmass has become a resource for all who are trying to find what God's will is for them--it is such a needed thing!

All of us can use community and spiritual support, and value your prayers. I look forward to learning from you all and and helping those on Phatmass when I can ... and to having some fun while I am at it!
