Just realized in my quest to read the entire Bible, all I have left in the Old Testament are books like Leviticus and Numbers. Never put off the boring parts for the end :P

Well I suppose it's about time I actually filled this thing out...
I am a 25 year old Doctoral candidate in Criminology, with an emphasis in Computer Forensics and Media and an insatiable appetite for international legal issues! I am also a new convert to the Roman Catholic Church, having been received into full communion with Rome during the Easter Vigil of 2009...and it feels entirely wonderful to say that.
On January 23, 2008 I had an experience at the only Perpetual Adoration Chapel in my state, thanks to Missyp89 finding it for me. I had been going through the Detective Story, Horror Story, Love Story cycle of the conversion process by that point, and was firmly within the realm of horror at that point. The Roman Catholic Church was being right on so many things from a scriptural stand point, and then I decided in my hubris to disprove the Eucharist, if He was not present, then all of it would be for naught. To make a long story short, I found myself in tears and on my knees...and that night, I left a completely changed man. I had entered the Love Story...which for me culminated in my receiving of First Holy Communion.
