Looks like a Carmelite habit, only in blue.

Marian Sisters for Israel. Emerged in one diocese in France, only to be suppressed. Our French contact said they were regrouping in another diocese.

Divine Mercy 9999

I'm sure this one has been posted, but I love the Cistercian habit.

I'm pretty sure I'm not called to that order, but they are lovely nuns.

The slideshow from OLAM has some really old pictures and some recent ones, and some inbetween. Was it newly made? I wonder why they included pics of sisters who are no longer there?

It is not sponsored by OLAM, but by www.cgwosthemovie.com whoever that is. Their home page is here. It seems to be a site promotong a movie about OLAM.

Hello all,

I joined this ‘Phorum’ mainly because of this thread! I absolutely love habits, both for men and women religious.

I myself discerned at one point with two distinct Roman Catholic religious communities and was eventually accepted into the aspirancy program of one of them before finally deciding that a religious vocation was not where I was being called.

Since that time, my spiritual journey has taken me to very different pastures, but I still have a great respect and fondness for the faith I was born and raised in.

For now, I would like to contribute images of religious habits that I don’t think have been included on these pages before. Most are from Roman Catholic sources, and if they are not, I shall clearly label them. I'll try to add at least one or two a day.

I personally do not endorse, or promote any of these groups, whether canonically recognized or not. I simply like religious habits and I like to share them with others.

GraceUK The Servants of St. Agatha and Venerable Zelie Martin wear a white tunic and pink scapular and veil. Their apostolate is to care for those with breast cancer and their families. I couldn't find much about them, but what is online sounds like they're a new community. Hope this helps. I found the information here: http://cloisters.tripod.com/stagatha/

We don't have any aspirants for this proposed charism.

Blessings,
Gemma
