She's a nun in the Orthodox Church. We have one order of all monastics.

I don't know what order, but here in Jerusalem we see quite a few Russian Orthodox sisters dressed like that. There is a monastery and convent in the village of Ein Karem [now more a neighborhood or suburb than village]
