Emmanuel Community

Has anyone discerned with them? Their website is very informative but as someone who has only discerned religious communities, I'm kind of lost as to what consecrated life looks like in a Catholic association.  Do they have a formation process? Are sisters moved around to their different communities around the world or do you stay attached to your local Emmanuel group?

They are not "sisters" in the traditional sens. They are consecrated by private vows :)
They have a formation process, the formation is done in Paris : http://www.emmanuel.info/actualites-par-pays/france/une-maison-de-formation-a-la-vie-consacree-feminine/
There is one year of "probation", and four year of formation. Two of them are really formation - with class, etc... Two of them are doing your professional work while living in community.
In their rule of life, wich can be read here : http://intra.emmanuel.info/rubriques/vie_communaute/coutumier/Coutumier_2012.pdf  , it is said that consecrated must be "disponible for the mission". Most consecrated have their own work, while living in community, but they are ready to say "YES" if the community ask them to work in foreign mission.
Every year, they say this : "I'm commiting myself to the Emmanuel Community", wich is their "consecration formula".

Thanks for the information! Have you had good interactions with them?

With the Emmanuel community ? Yes. I never have any special intereaction with their consecrated woman. But among the 5/6 big charismatic communities founded in the second half of the XXth century, they are the only one who never had an apostolic visitation by the Vatican, wich is a good sign ;) My SD spend some time with them in the 80's, when he moved out, he discovered that the nice man went to mass with them and prayed with them was the founder !
