Pray!—Dominicans with Covid-19

Recommended Posts

Nunsuch

I just got this message from a Dominican sister-friend:
We have just received word that the former Master of the Order, Bruno Cadore, has COVID-19. He was preaching a retreat to the nuns in Prouille and now eight of the sisters there have the virus and are currently confined to their rooms.  Let us keep our Dominican brother and Sisters in prayer!

Oh my goodness! That is disheartening to hear! I hope that won't hesitate to go to their local ER at the slightest provocation of their symptoms getting worse.

Especially, if they are elderly and or have underlying health conditions!

Face masks and hand sanitizer and rubber gloves for all to prevent further transmission!!

Prayers for their community!!

Thank you. I have heard that all the nuns have recovered and are back in community. Awaiting word on Fr. Bruno.

I just read that fr. Bruno is celebrating his birthday today but nothing about him being ill with Covid-19. Let's hope he is all well!
