The interviewer is a priest (He never says his name, but it might be Fr. Victor Ingalls?), the vocation director in his diocese. The interviewee is Sr. Mary Jordan, OP, the vocation director in her monastery. It has a lot of interesting history of the monastery, but also discussion of life within the monastery. I figure folks who are interested in cloistered life might be able to pick up some general insights, recognizing of course that the details are particular to this order & monastery.
