I enjoyed the Anna Boye slideshows...& was sorta freaked out by the women in collars..especially the one holding a baby at the altar...THEN I realized they are Anglicans!
Here's another (Italian/French Dominicans):
http://www.institute-christ-king.org/AdorersRoyalHeart.htm
Those are neither Italien nor French nor Dominicans...
cf. this wikipedia article - Their real name is Adorers of the Royal Heart of Jesus Christ Sovereign Priest, the female convent's spirituality is based on
- benedictine rule
- Francis de Sales
- traditional roman catholic lifestyle (indult tridentine mass)
- ...

I know there were tons of pictures of investiture on this website, but I don't find them right now... :P:

But I have to admit that I'm always a bit suspicious towards a convent that is convinced that Novus Ordo was never good... reminds me of CMRI

I'm sorry, did I call them something else? I haven't read the Wikpedia article (but remember those aren't always reliable), but I have been in contact with the community in Italy (Mother), and the Institute leadership ( Monsignor Schmitz) here in the states. Their formation houses are in France and Italy. They speak French and Italian during those times. Hence, I refer to them as French/Italian. I apologize if I wasn't clear. Their spirituality IS Benedictine/Salesian (note my "what was I thinking note" :) ) --they follow the Salesian rule, so to speak, but I believe the sisters' habits are Benedictine.

I don't know if it's true that they were "convinced the novus ordo was never good", but they do have a huge devotion to the TLM --it made me a little uncomfortable, too.

Wow, what a lot of confusion! :)

Because of it I have thought a lot if to put the link, I feel the surprise of some, although I think that the other galeries are worthwhile.

Here's a better link (they used an accented i in the link name that didn't make it through)

a) go to http://www.telpin.com.ar/InternetEducativa...y/Congregacion/

b) Press "Asi aprendemos a amar".

Dios te bendiga, ruso :-)

Wow! I loved the Benedictine Missionaries! That was so cool! They really seem to be doing some awesome work! I didn't know there were Benedictine Missionaries, either!
