Regarding cornettes, I know a woman who is a Civil War reenactor and does a Daughter of Charity. She uses Linit straight out of the bottle or cooks starch then lays the linen rectangle flat on a piece of stainless steel. When it is dry, she peels it off and folds it into shape around the back piece. There are 5 pins in the cornette and it is never ironed.

I'm actually not sure about the order of the sister on the right. As someone else mentioned, there's an RSM on the right, a ND right in the middle back. And I think you can see the top of a school sister of Christ the King on the far left.

Edited: She's a Disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ (http://www.dljc.org/english/index.cfm)

Is this a Carmel? Can't quite tell, but the habit seems very well made!

Ah, thanks. I thought the second edging to the scapular was unusual. Beautifully made though, lovely.

Hmm... I suppose I was wrong about the ironing and number of pins. I do remember her talking about loads of starch though!

I LOVE these habits. If I were in the USA I'd totally want to discern with them. Mostly for the Adoration, and I'll be honest partly for the pink habit.
