Laudem Gloriae Posted August 2, 2008 Posted August 2, 2008 To save myself a 90 hr search on the wonderful sites given!, does anyone know of a site that sells women's jumpers in brown or dark brown, mid-calf and NOT in denim, corduroy, gauze or a print? It may be best to buy a pattern and materials and have my mom make a few! She is super sewer - can make curtains, chair covers, clothes and car and boat covers! So that might be the best since in my previous searching, I find nice jumpers but they are either the wrong color, or a pattern, or corduroy, or gauze, denim or some other non-monastic material, or too short or to fancy in other ways and not very monastic-like! If it would help, I'm looking for a brown jumper to be worn in a traditional Carmel. Thanks!

Lilllabettt Posted August 2, 2008 Posted August 2, 2008 This is the modest clothing switchboard. They have links to everything. You can search by type of clothing or by religious creed ... muslim, jewish, plain Christian ... from the "little house" look to "trendy modest" I use it for everything. If you go here, you can click on the link that says: "looking for jumpers?"
