Catholic Youth Magazines or publications?

There are tons of Catholic magazines out there!

I don't know that much about teen magazines, though I know Catholic teen mags exist. There was Veritas, later You masazine, but I'm not sure if it still exists (that was from when I was a teenager (80s-90s).

Some good Catholic magazines include This Rock, Crisis, Inside the Vatican, Catholic World Report, St. Austin Review (StAR), Homiletic & Pastoral Review, and there are many others. Though these are all "adult" magazines. (I mean adult intellectaully, not as in porn!!!)

I bet their are more Catholic porn magazines out their than conservative catholic magazines.

speaking of that....whenever I try to search for Catholic stuff...especially bands....I find more anti-catholic ones..than I do catholic...you know..bands who put catholic in their name to make fun of us. Like the Catholic school girls

man...I wish I could contribute some magazine titles...but it seems that Catholic magazines (especially teen ones) are in the same pretty sad/nonexistent state as Catholic bands, Catholic movies, Catholic TV, Catholic Radio, Catholic fiction books, Catholic Record Companies, Catholic webdesign companies, etc.

Man, we as the youth have to change this. How can we be the majority, yet not produce? Are our trees barron? Where is all this good fruit we should be producing?

You Magazine has a website. I don't know whether it's the same one that was around in the past.

There's also One Rock Magazine, "Catholic online community and eZine for Teens."

Be Attitude! purports to be an online Catholic youth magazine.

Life Teen has some articles & such on their website. Likewise Youth Apostles Online, Disciples Now. Catholic Exchange has some youth features.

I don't know what's good among the things above.

Many "adult" magazines are just as good for teens & youth, including some already named here, like Envoy (apologetics), This Rock (apologetics), The Catholic Answer (more general questions), the National Catholic Register newspaper (news & culture), Godspy (news & culture), etc. etc.

But I would encourage you all to make your own websites and 'zines too. Does anyone still handmake & photocopy zines? I love those. One of my favorites was the old Eastern Orthodox one called "Death to the World," which led up to the book Youth of the Apocalypse.

Envoy looks pretty good. There is the magazine "Love One Another" but I think they only put it out for World Youth day, so look out for it for all those who are going (luckies ..)
I wanted to start a Catholic Magazine directed towards girls called, "Santa Clara" -- since St. Clare is the patron Saint of the media. Well since I am getting my degree in journalism, it won't be such a bad idea after all :D ...
