She agrees with me that the whole thing is harassment and is going to the person above her to figure out what to do next. Above all, she doesn't want to confront my boss and make my situation worse. Im glad the HR person is in consult mode with upper management and not going directly to your boss to confront her, she makes me nervous and I dont even know her...or you.
