If it helps, "alarm clock" is one of the items on the Stuff I Need To Bring When I Enter list. So you could just take your vibrating alarm. At least, in my community you could.

There's state organizations here (I work for one, which probably disqualifies me now unless it were work related...) that reimburse you for any disability related equipment that you need.
