Bills That Can't Be Paid

I just found out that for the last two months, my dad had to tell my brother that he didn't have money to pay all of my brother's bills. My brother has been between jobs for a bit, lives at home, almost never goes out unless it is for church or with me going to see friends, and has not used his credit card in a while. My dad already works two jobs. My mom is chronically ill and takes over a dozen prescriptions. My dad's full-time employment is no longer offering the same insurance, so my parents have to change to a more expensive medical insurance, with many prescriptions costing an additional $10 and some not covered (like my mom's antidepression meds and her fibromyalgia medication). I really want to see things work out better for my family.
