New Mother

So my grandma was telling me how she knew this woman with a newborn who works and goes to school. She has a live in boyfriend with two jobs and she's looking for someone to take care of her baby full-time for a month. She asked my grandma to do it, but she doesn't think that she could handle it. This mother has little money to pay for someone to take care of her son, so daycare isn't an option. She has a mother in town, but she seems to sickly to handle him.
