Any Words?

So, the trouble at my place of employ has been going on for a while, and after being "stood down" again for baseless allegations (that they still haven't provided the so called "evidence" for), we went to mediation yesterday.

After an entire day arguing an "exit package" where the employer was very staunch and stubborn (and just plain nasty) we reached an agreement. Mainly because I just wanted it to stop with the rubbishing so I can get on with my life so I signed an agreement for a lot less then what I deserved. I won't get into the detail of it but it has been said that a good mediation is one where both parties feel like they loose. Now, while I probably "lost" in the wordly sense, I dont' feel that I lost in the spiritual, and God's will was done and He has a plan for whatever.

Problem is, what's His plan for me? I have a few ideas and I'm not sure if they're of the Lord or of me. So, could people please offer up prayer that those who are discernment are given the right word and know it as such. And could you also pray that I'm given the right path by the Lord, or that I recognise the right path.

I have two main choices I'm looking at for this but I'm not sure which one is what gives glory to God and I'm not sure if maybe there are other doors I'm not looking at yet.

Anyway, on a plus side/update, my friend's mum's brain tumour was successfully removed, her neuro obs are stable and within normal range and she's doing really well. They haven't got the histology results from the tumour yet, but prayers still for it to be benign.
