Stress And Weather Affecting Health

my health has been rather poor lately, due to family stress and the humid weather. i have very little groceries and need to go food shopping. please pray that i'm able to do this.

a friend's ex is having severe health problems that have endangered her life. please pray for her healing. she's gone through an incredible amount of spiritual and emotional trauma recently, too, so that could use prayer, as well.

lastly, the aforementioned friend is going through an intense spiritual battle and really needs spiritual protection. he's going through a lot emotionally, too. please keep him in your prayers.
