1614 Rite Of Exorcism Vs 1999 Rite

Euteneuer, he also stated many reasons why the 1614 Rite of Exorcism is vastly superior to the 1999 Rite. May priests use either rite of exorcism? because if i'm ever in need of the rite, i'd like the priest to use the 1614 Rite.
