Slappo
Does anyone know anything about the Mozarabic rite or have recommended resources? I want to buy Mozarabs, Hispanics, and The Cross (Studies in Latino-a Catholicism) [Paperback] Raul Gomez-Ruiz (Author). We just had a priest from Wisconsin in town who has faculties to say this rite of the mass. He didn't pray it while he was here, but it sparked my curiosity. Apparently Fr. Gomez-Ruiz and Fr. Knoebel who teach at Sacred Heart Seminary in Wisconsin are two of the very few priests in the United States who can pray that rite of the mass. Resurrexi
The text of the Ordo Missæ for the traditional Mozarabic Rite is compared next to other traditional Western Rites by the chart that one can download at this this link. Slappo
Thanks Rexi, but my latin isn't quite fluent enough for those texts... and I'm lazy and refuse to get out a latin dictionary
