Fidei Defensor
I like it because it portrays Mary in a human way. I've seen it mentioned that she looks funny or what have you, but how do you think she really looked, in everyday life? Did she stand around, hands folded in prayer, with a halo? No. She lived, like us. I take issue that everyone seems to believe that religious figures basically stood around their whole lives looking "good." sixpence
Yes I like it.. except I dunno how guys feel about Mary looking That attractive.. Something I thought was hilarious... I thought the two figures in the background looked extremely "Zelda: Windwaker"-esque; I go an look at the rest of the persons stuff on deviantart and.....HAHA
Socrates
Face/hair looks like some emo silly sally. I'm personally not a fan. Ok, maybe I was a little harsh, but the face and hair convey to me surly rebellious modern teen angst more than purity and holiness. More like some cute chick you might run into in a mall or someplace than the Mother of God. There's really nothing in there to lift one's thoughts towards reverence or contemplation of higher things, at least from my viewing. And those two angels or whatever they're supposed to be in the background looked like they were saying, "Whoa! Dude, check her out!" I can't speak to the artist's intentions, but it seemed to me like it was trying too hard to make Mary seem modern, sexy, or "relevant."

Dizzy
Much of the religious art depicting Mary is...well, boring to say the least, and she always look VERY European, which she wasn't. I feel like Mary probably had a few bad hair days; it can't be easy being the Mother of God in ancient Palestine. She may have been a virgin but that doesn't mean she wasn't beautiful.
Religious art is what it is, however that does not give an artist license to portray Mary in such a way that compromises her integrity or what we know to be true about the Mother of God. Of Sacred art (which is different than religious art) I have never seen any of the Mother of God I would consider boring. Thats like saying that Mass is boring, it usually means the person who thinks it is boring does not understand it.
