I would have to say we cannot reject the child; if the child is to be rejected, it is God's choice alone as the child's creator. We should car for the child to our best of abilities and trust in God's greater plan.

READ the message of Our lady of La Sallete Mary says much in these apparations, but one of the things was that a hebrew virgin nun that does black magic would have intercourse with a Catholic Bishop. And the child will be vomiting out blasphemies since his birth and rise in the years to take control of his own nation and unite with many other nations to fight against the church. If we believe that Satan was Lucifer who was an Angel of God, created by God with all the properties of an Angel (which he was) and none of the properties of a human (which he wasn’t), who fell into sin by pride and was expelled from Gods presence (Heaven) into a place of God’s absence (Hell) then…..

Satan could not impregnate a human. Satan is incorporeal and cannot exist in a physical way on earth. Satan is thus unable to create a single physical thing from himself. Additionally, since the victory of Christ on the Cross, possession by demonic spirits has been made extremely unlikely if not impossible. Even if a demonic spirit did possessed a human at the time of conception, that zygote would exist naturally and independently of those circumstances.

I wonder whether this thread is a good example of Catholicism to those who might stumble across it. Many people see religion as mythology, stories or fiction based on the imagination. Could moral questions, on an online Catholic forum, about fantastical situations that don’t exist in any Catholic teaching, support the impression that religion is nothing but fantasy?

Well raditionally this was the role of the succubus, who lay with a man in his sleep (or maybe not, depending on the legend) to get his semen an then changed form to an incubus to lay with a women and impregnated her with the mans, now currupted, seed. I am not making a case that this actually occurs/ed but it is a possible way around the problem of which you speak.
