Liberalism and democracy

I'm not here to defend conservatism or the republican party. But to remind catholics that liberalism has been condemned repeatedly by the church and still stands under formal ban. There is no compatibility between liberalism and the democrat party and the catholic church. I'm not saying there is with conservatism and the republican party either I'm just saying liberalism and the democrat party are not the lesser of two evils. Liberals may claim they help the poor and they are for social justice but there is 0 evidence of that. The actual proof shows they've done nothing but create more poor. In the church they are directly responsible for the ruination of the priesthood and have destroyed the beauty once created to glorify God. Being a liberal catholic is not okay.

I have said this for years.  Cstholics most especially need to educate themselves on the ideology our Lady of Fatima warned us about.  The Democrat Party embraces that ideology…

What?? As one example, the President's Malaria Initiative, established by President George W Bush and expanded by Obama, has saved millions of lives from malaria in the past two decades. It is hard to be extremely precise, because it prevents people who would otherwise get the disease, and then most would recover but some would die, so all we can do is estimate. But the number of malaria deaths has went way down in areas that the US has stepped in to help. Most deaths are also children under 5.

This is part of USAID and Elon Musk and Donald Trump are trying to dismantle it. By some estimates, it only costs $3,000 per life saved, on average. This may be the most efficient way to save lives. And the world's richest man is hurting the world very poorest, all in the name of efficiency.

If being a liberal is being a good Samaritan, then I want to be more liberal.

People literally cannot afford to basic health care in America and your argument is that one (1) program DOGE cut-out of thousands others- maybe helped people somewhere else in the world. Honestly DOGE was a huge disappointment and wish they had actually, effectively cut more. We can't help others if we can't help ourselves.
