Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 is enacted by Congress and is signed into law by President Richard Nixon, prohibiting sex discrimination in any educational and/or Athletic federally funded programs 

Title IX provides federal  anti-discrimination protections that prohibit sex-based discrimination in educational programs and activities,

President Biden releases Executive Order 14021, “Guaranteeing an Educational Environment Free from Discrimination on the Basis of Sex, Including Sexual Orientation or Gender Identity.” policy that now explicitly encompasses sexual orientation and gender identity. 

Sexual Orientation or Gender Identity is a state of the mind, only!

 The idea that Sexual Orientation or Gender Identity is a physical state of being is clearly a unscientific unbalanced ideal.

$50 million in insurance claims for puberty blockers

According to a new HHS report, from 2015 to 2025, "approximately $50 million in insurance claims for puberty blockers" for gender-transition treatment was "billed using endocrine disorder diagnostic code E34.9 (Endocrine Disorder, Unspecified).
