ICTHUS
I thought we were all saints, in the broader sense, seeing as we've all been called by God and made holy Since this forum is called 'Converts Anonymous' and I'm a convert, I just thought I'd pop in and say hi. (I'll leave you to mull that one over) Edited September 4, 2004 by ICTHUS

Era Might
Blessed Bartolo Longo. Not a Saint yet, but he was a convert from Satanism (he was a Priest of Satan). Goes to show nobody is beyond redemption...
son_of_angels
For me, a guy who is also not quite a saint, but may be on his way to the ranks of blessed, the Venerable John Henry Newman. His hymn always comforts me, no matter where I am, "Lead kindly light amidst the encircling gloom, lead thou me on, The light is gone and I am far from home, lead thou me on, Keep thou my feet, I do not ask to see The distant scence, one step enough for me." It helped me through the conversion process, I must admit.
sweetpea316
St. Augustine and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton are the only two I'm familiar with.... but perhaps there will be more soon! Liiiike, some from phatmass!
MichaelFilo
Hahaha, don't forget the plain multitudes of Jews who rejecting the errors of the Jewish religion (as it has been since the Talmudic era) who entered into the Church and ended up becomes priests and leaders within the Church. I can't think of any of the modern ones, but St. Paul is a classic, and he is, by far, one of the most extreme conversion stories in history. God bless, Mikey
