Piccoli Fiori JMJ
That is terriable! It was a very good movie! I really enjoyed it! Well at least we were able to see it mainstream!

Paladin D
I was (and still am) looking forward to seeing this movie, but I always had a feeling that this movie would seem to lack something.
musturde
The movie had nothing about her. She seemed portrayed as an average nun to me. To make it worse, they potrayed all the other nuns as mean to make her seem nicer. Therese deserved soo much more, what does this movie prove to an athiest or someone who knows nothing about her?
the other nuns wernt all nice to her, thats the thing. its the true story. yeah, THERESE was an average saint, thats the beauty of it. she just did average things with a lot of love. crusader1234
I agree with Phikoz. She wasn't some sort of superhero in a habit, she was a nun that had a lot of love. She's a great Saint with a great message, but its no big surprise that her story isnt as epic or surprising as the story of the Jesuit Martyrs or anything. DemonSlayer
The movie stunk.
It was really that bad?
luciana
I was (and still am) looking forward to seeing this movie, but I always had a feeling that this movie would seem to lack something.
yeah, I heard it was like that. I know St. Terese is an example because of her little Way, but I heard her spirituality is not too apparent in the film-_- and then hard for non-believers otheose w/ little knowledge of Terese to see it in the movie......But I still can't wait to see it.... Anybody in NJ out there going to see it? It's all the way in Burlington or you have to go to NYC or Philly. Angelone
Dear DemonSlayer, AlI I can say is that thanks to this movie's website I met Therese who touched my heart and soul and changed a lot in my life - all this brought me closer to my Lord Jesus Christ from whom all good descends upon us. This is my very personal expercience which nobody and nothing can take away from me - Meeting Therese, thanks to Luke Films website, enriched my life with her spiriturituality which she makes to look so desirable and attainable by all in such an ordinary way - as the movies slogan goes - Ordinary Girl - Extraordinary Soul. All this happened to me thanks to all the efforts of a group of people who risked all for whom they love and for what they believe in. I will be forever in debt with Luke Films who sereved as instruments in the Good Hands of the Lord so that His Loving Grace might reach the debth of my soul - That is the story of my Soul - It was a real and truly, if you permit me to use your phrase, a "DemonSlayer" action within me - as the Good Lord willed that she comes to me in a moment of darkness - and her words gave me the necessary light and hope to always believe and TRUST in the Good God who sometimes seems to be, as the little flower describes it "asleep on our boat" !! I am sure that others will beneift from this Movie just as I have already done. This is the driving force behind my support "You recognise a tree from its fruit": I am sure I did not reap such good fruit from a "thisle"! God Bless Praise be to God for His Everlasting Mercy Edited October 7, 2004 by Angelone

musturde
St. Therese was a humble nun but they potrayed her as a normal person in this movie. Let's face it, after watching this movie, you wouldn't really understand why she's a saint to begin with. This movie doesnt do her justice. Let's put it this way since many won't agree with me, they could have done MUCH better.
