Fiat_Voluntas_Tua
I was wondering...If a husband and wife, become 'one flesh'...and the husband becomes a declared Saint, is the wife a 1st Class Relic? (Because the two do become one flesh.) Totus Tuus, Andrew Joseph PS - I asked this to the postulator for cause of the Canonization of Fr. Michael J. McGivney...his name was Fr. Gabriel and he wasn't sure for sure. Thanks ahead of time.
Pio Nono
JMJ 12/14 - St. John of the Cross Fiat_Voluntas_Tua, I would be hesitant to affirm your proposition, since no actual fusion of skin occurs. The "two in one flesh" does mean that the two are joined on a natural and supernatural level by sexual intercourse, but I do not believe that it means that they actually become a single human person. However, I'm not certain in this regard, so I'm open to correction. Hope this helps. Yours, Pio Nono
