cmotherofpirl
Some things on the list are liturgical abuses, some are suggestions, he should differentiate the two. All are not equal.

bookwyrm
I  my parish! Except, one of my favorite priests just left. Why does the bishop always have to take away my favorites?????? Edited January 17, 2005 by bookwyrm

bookwyrm
I give us half credit for number three . . . the tabernacle's sort of to the side . . . Our last pastor wanted to move it to the center, but the bishop wouldn't let us. As for number ten . . . I don't think we have a latin mass . . . we have a mass in spanish though! Number twelve . . . meh. I'm not thrilled by our music. But I guess it could be worse. I still  my parish!

homeschoolmom
we pass all but #10. but I wonder if that will change with our new priest...
daugher-of-Mary
My parish meets up to all of those except Latin, proper liturgical music, and an active pro-life ministry. We are sending a bus to the March, though!
geetarplayer
Ours is set on everything except #5. Personally I don't understand what the big deal is. -Mark
Cathurian
My Church doesn't pass number 9... Well at least on the Gospel part.
Yeah, same here. The Gospel is sometimes read by a parishioner. And I'd give us half-credit on number 10, as there is Latin sometimes. But I haven't been there too long. We have a good parish

Paladin D
My parish doesn't pass 6 out of the 23 (or it could be up to 9, since three of them I'm not sure about).
Brother Adam
Who made this list and should we really be measuring a parish to it? I have serious reservations that if some of those numbers don't apply it makes the Church unfaithful.
