Gal. 5:22,23
Can someone recommend a good book on the Mass? What I'm looking for is an explanation of it, of the meaning behind it, so that when I go I get more out of it. BTW, I've already read The Lamb's Supper by Hahn. Thanks!! journeyman
I haven't read these books myself but you might be interested in: We Worship: A Guide To The Catholic Mass by Oscar Lukefahr
I haven't read this book, but I've read others by Father Lukefahr, and they are good. He does an excellent job in writing to those with little background knowledge.
corban711
I have not read this yet...but i know from reliable people that The Spirit of the Liturgy by Ratzinger is awesome! Well, it's by Cardinal Ratzinger and is published by Ignatius Press...it must be!
Paphnutius
Scot Hann's The Lamb's Supper is good for beginners and has a good spiritual tone to it.
