shelly_freak
I'm looking into getting a new digital camera and I was wondering if anyone had some good tips or anything. Looking for something nice but not too expensive, don't wanna spend more than a couple hundred. Thanks and God bless
philothea
How much of a camera nerd are you? Do you want to be able to control everything, or just point-and-shoot?

Piccoli Fiori JMJ
Hi Shelly... I miss you... But I know nothing about digital cameras, but the ones that look like regular 35mm cameras look pretty good to me Maybe you could find one used or something... Phazzan
Shelby, at least 4 megapixel should do the trick, and stay away from generic brands such as the one Rachael suggested, Nikon. Canon and Olympus are superior quality cameras. I'd also recommend one with a recharable battery.
8 MEGA PIXELS?!!? Holy Crud, I didn't think they made 8 pixel cameras. Man, I bet the pictures are some sweet. I thought 5 pixel was good. If you want good pictures.. 4 pixels and higer is good. I saw a 5.1 pixel camera the other day for $300 and some, that is Canadian. So, maybe it's cheaper in the US. I don't know. She has "alterior" motives.
