There's my problem right there. I'm a terrible sleeper. I'll get five hours one night and then like ten or twelve the next. I need to find some way to make myself more consistent.

I have a lull in the evening sometimes. Then hard cardio workouts at TKD energize me. Afternoon, though... not really.

Caffeine used to really keep me awake, and then I gave it up. Now that I'm in college and really need an extra boost to stay awake at work or to study, it doesn't do anything for me anymore! What happened?! Am I immune now?? ^_^

And I don't ever take naps... once I'm up for the day, I'm up for good. I just can't do it! I'm weird... but naps just make me even more tired. Oh well.

Me too! I rarely ever get 8 hours of sleep.


And give up sugar?? Nah!! :P
