matt_in_ohio
Well, they didn't so much know Taco Bell was an option ... I'd do fast food for a date, depending on the situation.
I went to prom in my Freshman year - after the dance but before the after-party, we drove the limo through the Taco Bell Drive thru!!! We were all still dressed up and everything - I don't know, maybe that's strange, but the group of people I was with thought it was great!!! One of my co-workers took his now wife to Arby's the night he proposed to her. The've been married five years now, and just had their second baby. shelly_freak
I spent two hours in a Taco Bell last night. Then my friend and I ran up to Myers at 11 and got a bday present for Matt. We ended up getting him a Sponge Bob kiddie sofa cause they just finished their basement and he's complaining they don't have a couch. I have nothing wrong with a date at Taco Bell. matt_in_ohio
"Normal" is such a subjective word ... I don't think the key is finding someone who's normal. I think the key is finding someone whose eccentricities complement your own.
You are 100% correct. However, I've got some stories about people that I think few would consider normal. I was once set up on a blind date with a girl who, I found out over dinner, made her living in the "adult" industry, if you catch my drift. I don't want to say more because there are some young people who read this board. But needless to say, that was an interesting conversation. That way everyone could share in the happiness and she could spend hours showing off the ring! But maybe that's just me!!! Of course I would make sure that the answer was going to be yes before I did that
shelly_freak
I like when a guy tells you he likes you but then wont ask you out cause he wants to take it slow. Then he goes and plans something all romantic to ask you out.

Or I'm the last person to know that someone is interested. Most of the girls I've dated asked me out - they said it wouldn't have happened any other way
shelly_freak
It's really cute when you're both really nervous but find the other one cute cause they're nervous.
