shelly_freak Posted September 24, 2005 Share Posted September 24, 2005 I tend to go for guys older than me because of the maturity level but the year and a half age diffrence this time around doesn't seem to be an issue. He's very mature for his age and you'd never believe he's in high school. Plus I'm a little immature (I'll admit it) so yeah. And that's not to say that any reactions are wrong - just wrong for being compatible with me. The second test is a little more vague - can we live through a date that is a total disaster, and still keep smiling at the end. I was out with a girl one time and we did a walking tour of Cleveland. But she wore the wrong shoes, and got blisters on her feet so bad that I had to carry her back to my car Add to that the fact I banged her head on the door when I tried to get her in the vehicle! I felt SO bad about that. But I got her back to my house, got the tub filled with warm water, and let her soak her poor feet. I also made her dinner (Mac & coagulated milk - it was all I had). And I set up my laptop so that we could watch a DVD while we ate, and she could keep soaking her feet. The guy would ask a girl out to dinner, but not tell her where they were going. When he went to pick her up, he'd open the door for her.
