word.. kids are geniuses!

the other day as i was watching EWTN, my 4 year old cousin kept referring to the priest as Jesus.

it was 'Life on the Rock' and this guy was doing dope Harlem Globetrotter type Bball tricks... when Fr Francis also started spinning a bball on his finger, my cousin says to me "look, Jesus can do that too!"

Hehehe 5 year olds are brilliant :)

I had to bury my 5 yr old niece's bunny one day. She and I started talking about why animals and people die. Then she just looked at me and goes... Aunt Jennie, Jesus died for us so that we could always live with Him in Heaven. I wanted to cry I was so proud of her :)
My 3 year old brother pays amazing attention during mass- to everything.
So The preist lifts the Host and my brother says (rather loudly) "That's a Big Body Of Christ!!" Luckily I am used to this because he says it alot.
But this Sunday he happened to look away when Father broke the Bread and when he looked up he was eating the little piece and Dom says(again rather loudly)"Where did the Body Of Christ go?"
Mom told him "Father ate it"
"The whole thing?!! Was he hungry?!!"
I was totaly unprepared for this and tried to hold in my laughter but I snorted kinda loudly instead then my sister kept looking at me right when I 'd get myself back together so I did it multiple times. then Dad looked at my sister and we three were kind of laughing(were did laugh quitely it was just my snorts that were loud.)

We were in the third row from the front.
This is from another thread but very fuuny.

One time when another of my brothers was three of four, he was inside and I was outside and the window was open. I disguised my voice and said "David, David" and he sat up and said "Yes God, Where are you? "

I felt bad for doing that. I just wanted to scare him.

That's awesome!
I love little kids. So young, yet the know so much.
I work at the YMCA and I get out of the kids that come in. I bonded with a few kids whom I see every week, and they are adorable.

For halloween, my friend's children were a nun (6yr old), a preist (5 yr old) and the Pope (3). They were sooo cute. The "priest" was an exact miniture copy of our associate pastor-- it was freaky.

They all are! The youngest (3) yells "pope pope!" Wait it's the pope!" every time he see a picture of the pope. And sometimeshe get confused and says is that the new one pope or the old one pope?
