They are going to go see it this weekend. I am having some people come test the ground for a water source, and if they find water the couple plans to make an offer. PLEASE!!! Pray that this is the couple to buy our house (and that their offer isn't too low, it's got to be about 47k or I can't accept it )! I would be so grateful for any and all prayers on our behalf, and eternally grateful if the house actually sells. Come September it will have been on the market for a year, and I really want to get the house off our hands--financially it would be a tremendous help. THANK YOU!
