Repairing broken hearts and broken minds

Please pray that if it is the Lord's will, my mentally ill friend Miranda will be able to attend the Youth 2000 Godsgift@Walsingham prayer festival - and thank the Lord that He softened her poor bruised heart enough for her to see going to the festival as a possibility. In her current state of cynicism and despair (a long sickness and a history of sexual abuse have gnawed away at her faith) she would never have even considered the festival, were it not for the prayers of so many and the mercy of the Holy Spirit.

Pray that:

* The hospital and her parents will agree to let her go;
* She approaches the festival with eagerness and hope;
* The Lord will talk to her while she is there.

I also ask you to pray that Tori, Elena, Esther, Amy, and Gordon will all be able to attend, if it is God's will.
