An Old Friend

This one is a doosy...

My mother and father used to go to an Orthodox Prebyterian Church. For the people at that church raising kids is like raising pit bulls, If they cant make it to a certain point they are almost treated as worthless. One of my dearest protestant friends was kicked about of his aunts house who took him in because his drunk mother abused him when he was a child. He is only 18 or 19 and still in college and they kicked him our because, he got laid off his job and now he living in a St. Vincet de Paul homeless shelter. His college life is ruined and the only clothes he had are in a trash bag...And no one even tried to pick him for church. He walks everywhere he goes...

This is quite sad so please, remember him in your prayers...His name is Daryl Kent...May God Bless Him and work in his life...Because, he still strives to be a healthy Christain.
