Our disabled son has violated our nephews

Our 13 yr old son, who at an outside place was exposed to pornography (he sought it) apparantly molested our nephews who are 3 and 5. My sister is devastated, we are devastated and are seeking counseling. Our son has the mentality of a 7 or 8 yr old, and totally confessed, yet we know he is culpable to some degree.
