Selling My House

We've received an offer on the house and we plan on accepting it. I've sent the lawyer my power of attorney to get it recorded at the courthouse, and they will mail it back to me along with the purchase agreement. If everything goes according to plan I will be selling the house within the next month or so... hopefully sooner. Please pray that this does not fall through. This is exactly what we've been hoping and praying for. If this goes through my children and I can move to Korea and be with Matthew (after the baby is born).
