Thy Geekdom Come Posted December 13, 2006 Share Posted December 13, 2006 Sts. Charles Borromeo and Robert Bellarmine are seen as patrons of catechumens (and, by extension, candidates). Unofficially, I would also suggest seeking the intercession of St. Augustine, who wrote the first great work on catechesis, and St. Martin of Tours, who, though still a catechumen, practiced great Christian charity by sharing half of his military cloak with a poor beggar.
